S26 – Active Imaginations

For this project I worked with Irene Feleo to bring to life the chalk & pencil illustrations of director, Phil Meatchem. After scanning, prepping, and separating the illustrations into layers, I used After Effects to animate the camera and give the elements a subtle sense of movement and parallax. The bitumen texture was one I created from photographs I took of the road outside FSM’s Strathallen avenue office!
