CSIRO, Australia’s national scientific organisation, approached FSM for a refresh of their video style guide. The brief was to create a set of simple openers, closers, and supers for use on CSIRO’s corporate and social media videos. These videos range from informative scientific explanations to informal and fun social media content – so it was important that the visual identity be flexible enough to house both.

Using their existing logo, I created a short and simple animated sequence that could be used either as an opener over live footage, or as a endtag. I also created an After Effects template and PDF document to help the team at CSIRO put these animations into practice.
