Marrickville Pork Roll

All hail the queen! Marrickville Pork Roll is a Sydney institution. There’s always a queue (though more socially distanced these days) but they are so fast you never have to wait very long. I’ve tried lots of other bánh mì but I keep coming back… they just have the perfect ratio of toppings imho, and best pickles by far. Sometimes if the queue is very long I will go to their newer, larger bakery closer to Marrickville station, but there’s something so charming about their original hole in the wall (plus they take card now!!)
